Hi, Yoham Cathy! I was previously engaged in Organization Development consulting work and have been tuning into the Crimson Circle Channels for the past 9 years. As a result of the Tobias, Adamus Saint-Germain, et al channels and Shouds, and my personal evolution, I have developed a New Consciousness Model for businesses.
Here is how I got there. In my consulting work, I seemed to always end up working with organizations in crises with low morale and major employee challenges. I found a commonality among the many organizations and decided to develop some guidelines for executives that could help them to avoid such human resources challenges. I knew that in order to get their attention, my model also had to focus on helping them achieve better bottom-line results. I also knew that in order to effectively manage employees, it had to meet employees’ goals and expectations. And finally, I knew I couldn’t be authentic and true to myself, if I didn’t ensure that it had a New Consciousness foundation.
These three mandates resulted in me developing a New Consciousness Model for businesses. This new consciousness model has the core objective of creating a win-win situation for both executives and employees in their attempts to achieve organizational objectives, and has the philosophy of treating each individual as the powerful, self-determining individual that each is. It contends that business objectives and employee goals can be mutually inclusive and compatible, and outlines how this can be achieved.
